DSTcontest is a high performance amateur radio contest logger written in C# with a WPF interface and a SQL Server backend.  It has a plugin architecture and is highly distributed.  Whilst not publicly available at present it is open source and has been in use by the Swindon & District Amateur Radio Club for a number of years.
